HyperSync is desktop execution software that replicates orders from a leader trading account to follower accounts you control. HyperSync is a tool: it does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or trade signals, and it is not a broker, dealer, or exchange.
You must create an account to download the software and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must provide accurate information.
The desktop app is offered at $29 per month with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup and $0 is charged that day; billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice.
Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. HyperSync cannot eliminate market risk, cannot guarantee fills, latency, or uptime on any third-party venue, and you remain solely responsible for every order placed through the software — including orders produced by replication, reconciliation, webhooks, or automation you configure.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of copy trading complies with the rules of your brokers, prop firms, and applicable law in your jurisdiction. Some firms restrict or prohibit copy trading; check before you use HyperSync with funded or evaluation accounts.
You may not use HyperSync to violate laws or third-party terms, to access accounts you are not authorized to trade, or to interfere with the software's operation or licensing. The software is licensed, not sold, for your own use.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperSync and its authors are not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
