The HyperSync desktop app runs entirely on your machine. Your broker credentials are stored only in your operating system's keychain (Windows Credential Manager / macOS Keychain), your trade journal is encrypted at rest on your disk, and your order flow goes directly from your machine to your broker — there are no HyperSync servers in the order path.
Creating a website account uses the details you enter — name, username, country, and email — with your password stored only as a cryptographic hash. This information is used to provide your download, manage your subscription, and contact you about the product. We do not sell personal data.
Nothing. The app does not transmit your trades, positions, account numbers, credentials, or telemetry to HyperSync. Latency statistics shown in the app are computed and kept locally.
Subscription payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; card details go to the processor, not to HyperSync.
We may email you about your account, billing, security, and significant product updates. Marketing email, if any, will include an unsubscribe link.
You can request a copy or deletion of your website account data at any time by emailing support@hypersynctrade.com. Deleting the desktop app removes its local data; your OS keychain entries can be removed through your operating system.
